The avatar can be chosen depending on how you want the outlook of the chatbot to be.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Bot Position: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can alter the position of the chatbot on the website i.e., where you would like the chatbot to pop up to engage with the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Logo: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upload your company logo to trademark the chatbot. Personalization goes a long way in brand identity.
